I didnʻt have my camera at the Romania restaurant but I made an observation: in Japan, thereʻs no zoning. This restaurant is basically amongst a bunch of homes and apartment buildings. For me, itʻs really kind of a strange thing to climb a flight of stairs next to a house and arrive at a restaurant, but it was great food! Iʻm not sure what anything was called, but itʻs kind of funny that it takes me going to Japan to do all these things.
Tonight, I ate Yakiniku and met some new friends as well as hung out with some co-workers. I didnʻt realize how fun yakiniku (the legit one, not Camellias next to Chikos) can be. I think I will have to start going to eat Yakiniku from now on.
One interesting thing I observed today was that people in my office know more English than I think. Memo to me, watch out.
